Meet our Founder

Life To The Full Consulting was born out of my desire to help leaders discover their unique edge and create authentic organizational cultures where every team member can flourish and reach their full potential by contributing their best as organizational goals align with personal and professional goals.

For a long time, I felt that I had to compartmentalize my life. I was like many employees, going through the motions during the working week, only really coming to life on the weekends – all energy and enthusiasm reserved for life outside of work and dreading Monday mornings.

Outwardly, I looked extremely successful. I was a young, ambitious doctor, rapidly rising in my profession. I was the only woman in the first group of doctors to graduate from University of Malawi College of Medicine, when it was first established. And I was determined to make an even bigger impact, not only in my country, but in the world.

But inwardly, I was yearning for something more.

My turning point came when I discovered what I now call my Authentic Competitive Edge™ – the unique combination of personality, strengths, passions, and values that ignite my purpose. My life, work and leadership were completely transformed. I engaged energetically and enthusiastically with meaningful work that impacts my community and brings wider, longer lasting change to the world.
